Welcome To
Bobzilla's Bicycle Werks
National Bike to Work Week is May 14-18!
National Bike to Work Day is Friday, May 18!
Bicycling is easy and good for you -- and good for the environment and your pocketbook as well. Short car trips burn the most gas with the worst mileage -- and most of us live within 5 miles of our workplace.
How do you take part in Bike to Work Week or Day? Simple. Get on a bike and ride it. Even if you can't bike to work, reconnect with the simple pleasure of riding a bike. Do it for fun. But most of all, do it for you.
What can a bicycle do for you?
A bicycle has the power to expand the boundaries of your world. It is your passport to adventure.
Bicycling is about the journey. It is freedom. It takes you where you're going, even if it's just away from your worries.Bicycling can expand your physical abilities. It is about accomplishment.
So what are you waiting for? Get out there and ride. Get on a bike and live.
Like our Facebook page, and Bobzilla (Jeff) will wear part of his wife's wedding attire on June 10
No. Really. If we get to 500 "likes" by June 10, our 12th wedding anniversary, Jeff will wear part of his wife's wedding ensemble to work that day. It's a Tuesday.
Why? That's a good question. My wife came up with the idea, leading me to believe we need more staff meetings.
It's really easy to "like" the page. You can do it in the Facebook column just to your left.
But remember -- it's got to be 500 or more.

*Estimated wait for repaired bicycles -- 2 working days.
*This is only an estimate. Factors which may lengthen the wait time include need for parts and availability of those parts.
Important recall notice and update!!
SR Suntour, Inc. is recalling some SF11 XCM V3 26” mountain bike suspension forks. These forks appeared on various bikes from various brands, including the 2011-12 Giant Revel 1 and Revel 1W mountain bikes.
The affected forks can be identified by examining the rear of the leftside fork crown for a date stamp. Forks affected by the recall have a date stamp ranging from from CK110301-CK110731. A small number of these forks contain internal support tubes that can fail under certain conditions, causing the lower part of the fork to separate. This could cause the rider to lose control and crash.
NO bikes sold by, or still in the possession of, Bobzilla's are affected by the recall.
If you purchased your 2011 Revel 1 or Revel 1W from another dealer, and are unable to determine whether yours is an affected model -- or have determined that your fork IS part of the recall, STOP RIDING IMMEDIATELY if you haven't already done so and take it in to the dealer you purchased from so they may determine and repair if necessary.
